Elegant Decor is a Mother and Daughter team with an innate passion for design. Suky Bains started designing couture events in early 2004. She quickly became known for her meticulous attention to detail and her out of the box creativity. In 2011 her daughter Shabrina Bains joined the team and brought in her business savvy skills and eye for design. Together the pair have been styling lavish events of all sizes in California, Oregon and Nevada. Elegant Decor offers full service event decor and design services to clients worldwide.
